Services and quotes
Each project is defined by a written quote or agreement that sets out scope, price, timeline and deliverables. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.
Payment
Invoices are payable by the due date stated on the invoice, in the currency agreed. We may pause work on overdue invoices.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and access needed to do the work, and to ensure you have the right to share any data you give us and to use our work lawfully.
Confidentiality
Both parties will keep the other's confidential information private and use it only for the project.
No guarantees of results
We commit to delivering the agreed work with reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee search rankings, sales or other outcomes that depend on third parties.
Regulated services
We do not provide legal, tax, financial, insurance or other regulated advice. Where our work supports a licensed professional, that professional remains responsible for regulated decisions.
Revisions
Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are included. Details are set out in each quote.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page applies to new work.
